Send the wheel circling you; press again to call it back. While it circles it drains 4 Active Nimis a second and strikes whoever comes within 5 m twice a second: half the time they are knocked down, otherwise knocked back and slowed by 30 %. You cannot use your basic attack while the wheel is out.
